Breastfeeding is a beautiful journey, but it can also be a very challenging one. Hormonal, mechanical, anatomical, and environmental factors all play a role. The first few days of your little one’s life are not only crucial for their health and well-being but also form a key foundation for long-term breastfeeding success. Yet, these early days can feel overwhelming, filled with intense emotions and a steep learning curve. This session is designed to take place before your baby’s arrival, giving you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to breastfeed and care for your newborn. Each session is guided by thoughtful, intuitive insight. If requested, I can relay any messages channeled from Spirit that arise naturally during our time together.

This isn’t just lactation support — it’s a nurturing space for you and your baby to connect and find your unique rhythm together. Through compassionate, one-on-one sessions, I help you navigate challenges such as latch difficulties, milk supply concerns, feeding pain, and emotional overwhelm. I am an advocate for properly identifying and supporting families navigating oral ties. With nearly a decade of NICU nursing experience and recent certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) — a credential earned through extensive training and a rigorous international exam — I bring both clinical expertise and intuitive, heart-centered care to every session. Each consultation blends evidence-based lactation guidance with emotional support; creating a plan together to elevate your breastfeeding experience. Parenting Support

Parenting is not easy, it may even be one of the hardest endeavors you will ever face. This session is intended both for first-time parents seeking practical, hands-on support with everyday newborn care, as well as parents looking for a heart-centered approach to supporting children through behavioural and developmental challenges from infancy through the teen years. For behavioural concerns or patterns, I hold space for you and your family, working within your child’s capabilities and honouring their unique gifts, while exploring our triggers as parents. Love and connection form the foundation of raising confident, resilient children. This session is guided by thoughtful, intuitive insight.
