​Hi! I'm Carley. My career has been shaped by diverse experiences—from acute hospital settings and primary care nursing to leading community health initiatives in Cameroon, teaching children in Costa Rica, serving as a university-appointed tutor, and consulting for a breastfeeding app. ​​​Across all these experiences—my passion has remained constant: empowering families through compassionate, holistic care.​

Alongside my medical and academic background, I am also an Intuitive Empath and Reiki Master. I believe true healing goes beyond the physical, and that nurturing the emotional and spiritual self creates lasting wellbeing. Blending evidence-based practice with divine wisdom allows me to help create individualized and insightful solutions for you and your family.​

​More than anything, I bring the lived experience of motherhood. My daughter has been my greatest teacher, and through our journey we’ve overcome so much together.
